Yes, but …

I’d been chatting with a lovely Christian woman & her husband about their marriage for several weeks. Although she seemed open to what I was saying about the way men think & feel & behave, she followed everything I said with a “Yes, but …” statement of her own. She held a firm belief that her husband should be following her advice.
If he didn’t, he was setting their family up for certain disaster.

Her persistent insistence revealed a Big Fat Lie that women frequently fall for:
  • A man needs to be fixed, managed, & controlled.
  • And the best – most logical – person to do that is his wife.

Yes, many men stand idly by & let their women run things. A sure indication that the enemy attacks men, too, by telling him lies about her!

These attacks are evidence of The Spiritual Battle.
